80Crv2 Carbon Steel Friction Folder Knife Natural Micarta, Blue Spacer, right hand pocket Clip
80Crv2 Carbon Steel Friction Folder Knife Natural Micarta, Blue Spacer, right hand pocket Clip
Featuring a 3” blade in 80CrV2 Carbon Steel
The pocket clip is on the side that makes for more comfortable right hand & right pocket carry. It’s not big a difference either way, but worth noting
This knife isn’t intended for detailed carving. This is a general use pocket knife with a thinner “saber style” grind with secondary bevel. This grind is suited to trail side snack prep, general cutting task, and cardboard cutting
Built from OD green micarta and blue Richlite with bronze washers.
Friction folders do not have a lock, they function properly by maintaining the appropriate tension on the hardware pivot. I rarely adjust mine, but I do pay close attention to the adjustment. I prefer friction folders to slip joint non locking knives because they can be opened with one hand and no finger nails. They should never be used if the blade moves too freely as it could open in your pocket.
