Featuring a 3” blade in AEB-L stainless steel, blue Richlite scales and bronze washers. Richlite get darker with time and light exposure, the blue get’s to a steely blue grey. The single bevel Scandinavian grind with a fine tip is designed for detailed carving.

Friction folders do not have a lock, they function properly by maintaining the appropriate tension on the hardware pivot. I rarely adjust mine, but I do pay close attention to the adjustment. I prefer friction folders to slip joint non locking knives because they can be opened with one hand and no finger nails. They are super light weight too. They should never be used if the blade moves too freely as it could open in your pocket.
