This is a unique hook curve for me that covers similar ground to my popular Monadnock hook, with a little longer open section, and slightly tighter tip curve. Some people like a little more length in the blade to reach across a spoon bowl. Handled with a slightly longer 7.5” handle this knife will perform a pivot cut beautifully. The steel is a W1 high carbon hand forged with kiln controlled heat treat and cryo post quench processing.
